**How is this different from counterfeit products? **

**Can I use multiple Velvet Vial products together? **
Absolutely! Our products are designed to work beautifully together. For best results, apply products from thinnest to thickest consistency: serums first, then moisturizers, and finish with SPF during the day.

**How long until I see results? **
Results vary by product and individual skin type, and we are certainly never going to try to sell you magic products that claim to give immediate effect like other advertisers do. Most customers notice improvements in texture and hydration within 1-2 weeks, while targeted treatments for specific concerns may take 4-8 weeks of consistent use.

**Are your products safe for sensitive skin? **

Shipping & Returns

**How long does shipping take? **
Orders vary. some orders arrive within 3-7 business days at the fastest while some arrive within 5-12 days at the slowest. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. Additionally, there is free shipping on every order than goes over a $50 value.

**Do you ship internationally? **
As of now, no. We ship to all of the United States and are working on shipping internationally in the near future. Shipping options and rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
