1. Accepted Payment Methods

At Velvet Vial, we strive to offer customers the smoothest checkout process possible. To achieve this, we offer quick and hassle-free payment options for our customers. The following information will explain the various payment options that are available to customers and how their payments are handled.

We accept the following secure payment methods:

PayPal
Shop Pay
USDC (Cryptocurrency)
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Afterpay (when applicable)

2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed immediately upon placing your order. If your payment is not successful, your order will not be processed and you will not he charged for your order. Unless your order is paid for and confirmed, it will not be processed or shipped.

3. Cryptocurrency Payments (USDC)

Cryptocurrency payments are processed through a secure crypto payment provider. All cryptocurrency transactions are final and cannot be refunded. Refunds will be made in USD and to the same method used to purchase the items from Velvet Vial, or store credit.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices listed at Velvet Vial are in United States Dollars (USD) currency. Cryptocurrency payments will be charged at the current exchange rate between the cryptocurrency and the United States Dollar at the time of purchase of the items.

Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice.
Any taxes, duties or shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout.

5. Secure Payment Processing

All orders at Velvet Vial use encrypted SSL sessions to secure the transmission of your billing information. Additionally, all transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateway and payment processors.

We do NOT store or have access to your credit and payment card information.

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Any chargebacks that are determined to be fraudulent will be investigated and disputed. For billing related issues, please contact support@velvetvial.store first.

7. Fraud prevention

Velvet Vial reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected to be fraudulent. You may be asked to verify your identity for orders suspected to be fraudulent.

8. Changes to this policy

Velvet Vial reserves the right to change this billing and payment terms and conditions policy at any time. Changes will be reflected in the policy on this page with the new “last updated” date. We recommend that you visit this policy periodically to ensure you are reading and aware of the current policy.
